CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES:

We aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Longer lead times may occur during holiday rushes or for bulk orders. If your order is time sensitive, please email us once your order is placed.

SHIPPING LOCATION & METHOD:

Our orders ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan. We currently only ship domestically due to the cost of international shipping but hope to expand to other countries soon! We typically ship using USPS.

WHY "MELTED IN THE MITTEN":

With two toddler boys at home when the world shut down in 2020, I needed a creative outlet, and they needed more activities! I started melting crayons into fun shapes to keep them entertained for longer periods of time. I still sell some of my crayon creations on Etsy.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS:

Since all of our products are custom made (and often started the same day your order is placed), we don't allow returns or credits. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will make it right. Contact us at meltedinthemitten@gmail.com with any concerns. Please include your order number for faster service.

• Date needed
• Type of event (celebration of life, trade show, church gathering, family reunion, etc.)
